Civil Site Engineering has a Professional Wetland Scientist on staff with over 20 years experience conducting wetland delineations and permitting in the state of Massachusetts. Due to the increase in the local and state regulatory process, wetland delineation and permitting is critical in the success and build out potential for any project.

Civil Sites professionals are qualified and available for the following services:

  • Wetland Delineation (river bank, bordering vegetated wetlands, perennial and intermittent streams, isolated wetlands and floodplains)
  • File Requests for Determinations of Notice of Intents with the local Conservations Commissions and the Dept. of Environmental Protection
  • Represent Client at public meetings/hearings
  • Conduct Erosion Control Inspections During Construction
  • Design Wetland Replication and/or Restoration Areas; oversee replication construction and conduct monitoring as required
